We want you to feel completely comfortable with the decision to have our team clean your home.  We have put together some commonly asked questions about our service to help you determine if it is the right cleaning service for you.

No, but it is recommended.  We feel it is important for home owners to take part in this 25 minute meeting. We want you to find the best fit for your service and want you to feel confident that we will be that service for your home.

We will do a walk through of your home and have you share your needs, pet peeves, trouble areas, and your expectations, we are there to listen, especially if you have worked with another cleaning company that didn’t quite hit the mark.

In-home estimates allow us to tailor the service to your needs and provide accurate pricing.  There is absolutely no pressure or obligation to sign up for our service while we are at your home and no annoying sales tactics. 

If you are unable to accommodate a walk through we are able to provide you a rough estimate for the cleaning of your home.  Feel free to reach out on our request form here.   

After your assessment is complete we will send a detailed quote for your consideration.  

If you decide to move forward with us (and we sure hope you do!) you will need to approve your quote by signing online and pay your required deposit.

Once your approval is recieved, we will schedule and confirm your upcoming  cleaning appointment(s).

The choice is yours!

We suggest the busier the home, the more frequently you should have us. We recommend weekly cleanings, but we understand not all homes and customers are the same.  

If you need help deciding, here are some scenarios to help to determine your frequency.

Weekly Cleaning (recommended):

  • more than three people in your home
  • if you have large pets
  • If you have multiple pets

 

Bi-Weekly Cleaning:

  • Only two people live in the home
  • You have small pets

 

Once Monthly Cleaning:

  • There is just one person in the home
  • There is only one small pet or no pets in the home
  • If you have only one person in the home, or a couple with small pets

Yes, all reputable cleaning services should be.  Even if our business isn’t a fit for your needs it is important to ensure the cleaning service you choose is licensed, bonded, and insured.

The State of Washington requires all businesses to hold a valid business license.

Bonding is not legally required in the State of Washington, however, we have chosen to implement this level of protection for our clients peace of mind when welcoming our team into your home.  This insures that in the unlikely event that a dishonest act against you and was convicted of a crime, you would be reimbursed through the bond company for your loss.  

Insurance coverage is not legally required for all cleaning service providers but your homes and belongings are valuable.  We always exercise extreme diligence and care while cleaning our customers homes but in the unlikely event that something of monetary value was damaged in your home, we are insured to cover those damages. 

Yes, we are able to share this information with you during your in-home estimate.  We have also received many Google reviews from our customers that can be viewed here.

We have been in business and serving Camas Washington, Washougal Washington, and areas of East Vancouver Washington since September of 1999.  

The short answer is no.

Once we are hired, we consider all of our weekly, bi-weekly and monthly
cleaning accounts permanent.

We value our customers and our goal is to keep
their homes clean and carefree for years to come.

We have customers that have been on our schedule since the 90’s!

When you aprove our quote for ongoing, scheduled service, we are committed to maintaining that scheduled day and time each week, for a consistent service you can count on.  If the service isn’t working for you, and you need to cancel please contact our team by email or phone and let us know as soon as possible. If we fail to keep
you happy, you may cancel at any time.


We also welcome short term work for example: while your family is expecting, during your recovery
from your surgery or for a season.

  You may cancel your service at any time between scheduled services by emailing us.  

Unless previously arranged, payment is expected the day of each visit. 

In order to accommodate this request we offer the option to store a credit card securely online to be charged after each visit is completed. 

Payments can also be made by leaving a check on your counter or you have the option to pay online by credit card upon receipt of your invoice.

No, sharing a key is not required.  As long as we have a reliable way of entering your home such as someone there to let us in, a keypad code for your garage etc.  Please note: If we are unable to access your home at the scheduled time of your cleaning, you will be charged a $25.00 lockout fee.

Approximately 50% of our customers choose to leave a key to their home with us which is always securely stored until your day of service and is never labelled by name or address to identify the key to your home.
